I’m a strategy-driven product designer powered by curiosity and storytelling who’s launched iOS, Android, web, and multi-modal experiences – within design systems or without them - building what's needed along the way.
Currently I'm at Google helping craft a new product vision taking a marketing automation solution from 0-1. Prior, I led 0-1 design within Meta's New Product Experimentation team on a standalone app experience for marginalized communities. I also headed up design at Saucey & Emjay setting design direction and leveraging AI via machine learning, clustering, and basket analysis to power personalization and recommendations in e-commerce.
Not to be overlooked - other drivers include; various incarnations of spicy snacks, collecting Japanese Pokemon cards, keeping up with my LEGO pieces and music…

Be a student
Good students are curious, mentally elastic, and ready to absorb new ideas. Stay ready to learn from the product, peers, and especially users.
Weaponize curiosity
It’s okay to ask questions, their fruits are for everyone. It's better to "break" a product with curious inquiry than for users to break it in the wild.
Collaboration is play
Individual scopes differ, but shared goals make for powerful coalition building. With buy-in, it's possible to take the "labor" out of collaboration.
